The Room Booking system is available to CapU staff and faculty.

The system includes all instructional spaces (classrooms, hybrid classrooms, computer labs, dedicated classrooms, student study rooms, etc.) and desk spaces on the CapU Main Campus, CapU Lonsdale, Ts̓zil Learning Centre and kálax-ay Sunshine Coast campuses.

Note: Students can book library study rooms from Student Room Booking - Library.
